Community Programs

​Lawyers Against Drunk Driving (LADD) strives to be involved in the community through community programs and initiatives. Lawyers and the general public are educated about previous drunk driving cases in the area and the unique legal issues presented in drunk driving cases through Schmidt Law Firm’s Continuing Legal Education Speaker Series. 

​ LADD also raises donations directed towards other similar organizations that provide services for drunk driving victims and raise awareness about drunk driving. LADD currently has an ongoing campaign, in which Schmidt Law Firm donates $100 to Mothers Against Drunk Driving upon the completion of its representation in a drunk driving case. Beyond the initial $100 donation to Mothers Against Drunk Driving, Schmidt Law Firm also matches any donation made by the drunk driving victim up to $100 additional dollars.
